Can you turn interest into action?
Armis have something worth talking about.
They want organisations to understand and reduce cyber risk across their entire attack surface. Which is big, important stuff.
And yes, awareness is lovely, clicks are nice. But leads? Leads are the bit everyone’s actually asking about in the meeting. What Armis needed was a demand generation approach that could take people from “this looks kind of interesting” to “tell me more… in fact, tell me everything!”
So, we go to work.
The challenge:
Armis needed a proper digital journey.
The internal team had limited availability for digital projects, turnaround times were moving slower than the deadlines required, and there was a gap around demand generation strategy, tools and processes.
In short: the ambition was there, but the resource wasn’t.
They needed a partner who could think strategically, write clearly, build properly and keep the whole thing moving.
The brief:
Essentially, the brief was to develop something beyond ‘looking nice’ and simply ‘raising awareness’ to purposefully guiding prospects towards real Armis products and solutions.
That meant taking on the strategy, messaging and digital build, then turning it into a phased microsite that could lead users through a clear journey of engagement.
The Pistachio approach:
We were recommended as the right partner for the job, so we came in with sleeves rolled up and handled the whole thing end to end.
Here’s how.
1. We started with the journey
Demand generation only works when the user pathway makes sense.
So before jumping into creative, we mapped how prospects would move through the experience. What they needed to understand, what questions they might have, what would keep them engaged, and where Armis needed to take them next.
2. We sharpened the message
Cybersecurity can get complicated very quickly. And sometimes that complexity is a little bit much.
Our job was to shape the messaging so the value of Armis came through clearly, without flattening the expertise behind it. Clear enough to engage new prospects, credible enough for the market, and focused enough to support lead generation.
Useful words, basically. Our favourite kind.
3. We built the thing properly
Once the strategy and messaging were in place, we created and built the phased microsite.
The aim was to give Armis a fit-for-purpose digital solution that could support demand generation, drive engagement and help prospects move towards the right products and solutions.
Creative, digital and strategy working together. Just the way we like it.
The result:
The result was a demand generation journey built to do a job.
The work helped drive new prospect engagement, build exposure and awareness in a busy marketplace, and create a more effective route into the sales pipeline. Just as importantly, the internal team gained a framework they could build on, rather than having to start from scratch each time a new campaign came along.
Or, in plain English: more of the right people, heading in the right direction.
Designed & Delivered
Good demand generation is about knowing what to do with attention once you’ve got it.
If you know how to get eyes on you, but aren’t sure what to do with it, maybe it’s time for a rethink.
