More than ever now, people just don’t speak to each other. With the plethora of technologies and communication tools available to us, with the likes of email, instant messenger, whatsapp, text, call, video (the list can go on); what is the best way to communicate with clients?

Being an issue I am very conscious of and always encouraging my team to pick up the phone, it was interesting to come across this insight article discussing how using the phone more could help your design business.
