General Dynamics United Kingdom Limited (GDUK) is a leading prime contractor and complex systems integrator working in partnership with government, military and private companies around the world.
With over 750 talented employees across four UK sites, GDUK didn’t get where it is today without a commitment to employing the very best. GDUK was ramping up recruitment for roles across Hastings and Wales and wanted a real focus on engineers to work on the next generation of its armoured fighting vehicles.
What we did:
GDUK required the campaign to be more personal – rather than focused on the programme – so we created something dynamic to engage, excite and inspire the best talent to be part of GDUKs exciting future.
A new creative theme was developed for the HR department to use and apply across all recruitment collateral. The new creative was launched at the Security Cleared EXPO conference in Bristol and across GDUKs careers website and social media channels. The creative is still being used today.
